These terms describe your use of Bubble Hop and its optional ad-free subscription, offered under the Fizzpip name. Contact us at info@fizzpip.com. The app store's applicable terms also govern downloads and purchases through that store.
Using the games
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for entertainment. Fizzpip and its licensors retain ownership of the game and its content. Do not distribute unauthorised copies, interfere with the game's security, exploit payment systems, or use the game unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit activities permitted by mandatory law.
Follow the game's store age rating and local age requirements. If you cannot legally agree to these terms or authorise a purchase yourself, a parent or guardian must do so where permitted by applicable law and store rules.
Advertising and ad-free access
All Fizzpip games display advertising and offer an optional subscription that disables ads while it is active. The purchase offer identifies the game or games, platforms, and accounts covered. A subscription does not automatically cover every Fizzpip game or transfer between stores unless the offer says so. Advertising may resume when the subscription ends.
Removing ads does not mean that all data processing stops. Purchase verification, game operation, and support may still require information. Our privacy policy explains this separately. Subscribing is not consent to advertising tracking.
Price, billing, and renewal
Before you confirm a purchase, the store's checkout shows the price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes or trial conditions. No trial is included unless expressly offered. Your store account is charged under the terms shown when you purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the store before its renewal deadline. If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription as disclosed at checkout unless cancelled in time. Review the store's displayed renewal date and cancellation deadline. Price changes are handled with the notice and consent required by the store and applicable law.
Cancel, restore, or request a refund
Manage or cancel your subscription in the store account used to buy it. Uninstalling the game does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, and ad-free access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to any refund or store decision affecting access. Trial cancellation follows the conditions shown by the store.

Where supported, restore an eligible purchase using the same store account and the game's restore-purchases option. Contact support if active ad-free access is missing. Refund eligibility and processing depend on the store, purchase circumstances, and applicable law. Nothing here removes statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights.
Availability and changes
Games may receive updates or experience interruptions. Features and device compatibility may change. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide the notice and remedies required by applicable law and store rules. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent access to a particular feature.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, the games are provided as available without additional warranties beyond those required by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or events outside our reasonable control, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies. You retain the protections and court access provided by applicable law.
Updates and contact
We will publish updated terms here with a revised date and give notice of material changes when required. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. For questions about these terms or subscription access, email info@fizzpip.com.
